TPU

TPU is a high-performance elastomer combining the strength of plastic with the flexibility of rubber. It offers excellent abrasion resistance, oil and grease resistance, and good low-temperature flexibility. TPU is widely used in injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding applications across automotive, industrial, and consumer goods sectors.

EVA

EVA is a flexible, rubber-like thermoplastic copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate. It offers excellent toughness, low-temperature flexibility, good transparency (in certain grades), and strong adhesion properties. As the vinyl acetate (VA) content increases, EVA becomes softer, more flexible, and more elastic, with improved clarity and lower melting point. EVA is widely used in foam, film, adhesive, and extrusion coating applications where flexibility, impact resistance, and transparency are valued.

EPS

EPS is a rigid, lightweight cellular foam material produced from polystyrene beads that expand when exposed to steam. It offers excellent thermal insulation, high shock absorption, and low moisture uptake. EPS is widely used in construction, protective packaging, and disposable food containers due to its durability, weight savings, and cost-effectiveness. It is fully recyclable and can be reprocessed into new polystyrene products.

ABS

ABS is a tough, rigid, and impact-resistant engineering thermoplastic with good mechanical strength, excellent surface finish, and high dimensional stability. PBAT

PBAT is a thermoplastic biodegradable plastic, which is a copolymer of butylene adipate and butylene terephthalate. It has the characteristics of PBA and PBT, and has good ductility and elongation at break, as well as good heat resistance and impact performance. In addition, it also has excellent biodegradability and is one of the best degradable materials for biodegradable plastics research and market application.

PA Pa6 Pa66

PA6 is a widely used engineering thermoplastic known for its good mechanical strength, high impact resistance, excellent wear resistance, and good chemical stability. It absorbs moisture more readily than PA66, which can affect dimensional stability but also improves toughness. PA6 is easy to process and suitable for a variety of injection molding and extrusion applications.

PLA

LDPE
