PBAT

PBAT is a thermoplastic biodegradable plastic, which is a copolymer of butylene adipate and butylene terephthalate. It has the characteristics of PBA and PBT, and has good ductility and elongation at break, as well as good heat resistance and impact performance. In addition, it also has excellent biodegradability and is one of the best degradable materials for biodegradable plastics research and market application.

GPPS

GPPS is a transparent, rigid, and brittle amorphous thermoplastic known for its excellent optical clarity, good dimensional stability, and ease of processing. It has low water absorption and good electrical insulation properties. Unlike HIPS, GPPS does not contain rubber impact modifiers, so it offers high stiffness and gloss but lower impact resistance. GPPS is widely used in applications requiring transparency and rigidity, such as disposable tableware, packaging, and consumer goods.

PA Pa6 Pa66

PA6 is a widely used engineering thermoplastic known for its good mechanical strength, high impact resistance, excellent wear resistance, and good chemical stability. It absorbs moisture more readily than PA66, which can affect dimensional stability but also improves toughness. PA6 is easy to process and suitable for a variety of injection molding and extrusion applications.

Polyvinyl alcohol PVA

PVA is a water-soluble, biodegradable synthetic polymer known for its excellent film-forming properties, emulsifying ability, and high tensile strength. It is widely used in packaging, textile, paper, adhesive, and construction industries. Unlike most thermoplastics, PVA can be dissolved in water depending on its degree of hydrolysis and polymerization, making it an environmentally friendly choice for various applications.

EPS

EPS is a rigid, lightweight cellular foam material produced from polystyrene beads that expand when exposed to steam. It offers excellent thermal insulation, high shock absorption, and low moisture uptake. EPS is widely used in construction, protective packaging, and disposable food containers due to its durability, weight savings, and cost-effectiveness. It is fully recyclable and can be reprocessed into new polystyrene products.

PLA

Polylactic acid (PLA) is a new type of biodegradable material made from starch raw materials proposed from renewable plant resources such as corn. Starch raw materials are fermented to produce lactic acid, which is then converted into polylactic acid through chemical synthesis. It has good biodegradability and can be completely degraded by microorganisms in nature after use, ultimately generating carbon dioxide and water without polluting the environment. This is very beneficial for protecting the environment and is recognized as an environmentally friendly material.

PBT

PBT is a semi-crystalline engineering thermoplastic known for its excellent mechanical strength, high heat resistance, good electrical insulation properties, and fast crystallization rate. It offers low moisture absorption and good dimensional stability, making it an ideal material for precision components in automotive, electrical, and electronic applications. PBT is often reinforced with glass fiber to further enhance strength and stiffness.

LLDPE

LLDPE is a flexible, durable thermoplastic known for its high tensile strength, excellent puncture resistance, and good environmental stress crack resistance. Compared to LDPE, LLDPE offers better impact strength and elongation properties while maintaining good flexibility. It is widely used in film extrusion applications and is compatible with most conventional polyethylene processing equipment.

PET

LDPE

HDPE

It has a linear structure with minimal branching, giving it higher density and greater crystallinity compared to LDPE and LLDPE. HDPE is widely used in rigid packaging, piping, and industrial applications where strength and durability are required.

ABS

ABS is a tough, rigid, and impact-resistant engineering thermoplastic with good mechanical strength, excellent surface finish, and high dimensional stability. It is a terpolymer that combines the rigidity of styrene, the chemical resistance of acrylonitrile, and the toughness of butadiene rubber. ABS is widely used in automotive, electronics, consumer goods, and industrial applications where a balance of strength, aesthetics, and processability is required.

HIPS

HIPS is a modified version of GPPS (general purpose polystyrene) with added rubber (polybutadiene) to significantly improve impact resistance while maintaining good processability and dimensional stability. It offers a balanced combination of mechanical strength, stiffness, and ease of fabrication. HIPS is widely used in applications requiring moderate strength and good surface finish for printing or painting.

TPU

TPU is a high-performance elastomer combining the strength of plastic with the flexibility of rubber. It offers excellent abrasion resistance, oil and grease resistance, and good low-temperature flexibility.
